SHIPPING POLICY
Akpaco Online Store practices reliable shipping policy. This will ensure all our online buyers that every product they purchase on our online store will be shipped accordingly.
What Can You Expect?


• Each product is packed according to shipping standards and will be shipped and brought directly to UPS.

• Products will be shipped within 1-8 business days. An order usually ships out same day, if an order is placed early in a business day. And if a partial order is backordered or shipped separately, the customer will either be notified of the backorder date of when the order is expected to ship or receive an email from us with additional tracking numbers.

• We don’t process orders on weekends or holidays.

• As soon as your item has been shipped, expect an email from us containing your tracking number. You can also track your product quickly and easily over the internet or by phone.

REFUND POLICY

Here at Akpaco Inc. we will try our best to accommodate all situations. We will assist you with your return. If any of our items does not meet you expectation, as long as the product has not been damaged due to normal use, we will refund the purchase price (shipping and handling are not included). One of our staff will assist you with your return. A refund is initiated immediately, once you receive your item. We’re here to help!

SHIPPING DAMAGES


Before being shipped, we make sure that all products and items are properly inspected. However, items can be damaged during shipping. And in cases like this, items ordered from our online store that arrived damaged during shipping can be reported. Once you have determined that the products shipped to you were received damaged, you must immediately report it to the shipping company usually UPS – within 24 hours of you receiving the items. The shipping company may want to inspect all boxes and packing materials used, so you should save them for inspection. After you have reported the claim to the carrier, you need to notify us of the damage and upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
